Hey Anthropic, would it KILL YOU to pick up the phone? Waiting over a MONTH for a billing issue to get resolved? That's the customer service equivalent of waiting for the next George R.R. Martin book — NO ETA. We get it, you're busy building "safe AI," but maybe add "responsive support" to your to-do list?

MegaTrain is like squeezing an elephant into a Mini Cooper. Full precision training of 100B+ parameter LLMs ON A SINGLE GPU? STOP IT, we're not worthy! These folks are clearly jedi-level in the force of optimization. But what's next? Training GPT-4 on a Game Boy?
